Looking for tips about immigration to Hong Kong

Looking for tips about immigration to Hong Kong.?
Greetings! I am looking for information about Hong Kong citizenship.I'll try to be as specific as possible.Currently i live in Bulgaria but intend to get my university degree in UK(IT specialist-Web/3D designer). After i get my diploma i'd like to immigrate to Hong Kong and i'll need a working visa.I know they accept "highly-skilled" persons, but what does that mean? How much funds should i have (for example: if i can afford living in London, can i afford living in Hong Kong)?Has any of you moved from UK to Hong Kong?If so,please provide me with some information. P.S. I know about the Hong Kong Immigration Department web site, but i'm trying to get some information from a person that had experienced the whole process. Thank you!

In your case, you really need to have an employer doing the bulk of the work for you. You really need to have a job lined up first. What would make you different (or more marketable) if you only have a first degree ? Perhaps your language skill is an asset as I'm sure very few people in Hong Kong can speak a eastern European language, but of course, the demand for it is small.
