I live in Bulgaria, my husband has a green card from 2004.He works in USA.Is there any way I can go to USA before 2009?

Either if you get admitted as a student (F-visa) or get a job (H-visa or L-visa). Or if you get a diversity visa through the Green Card lottery in Bulgaria.
