Well, I would love to read the Gothic and Lolita Bible magazine IRL, but it doesn't ship where I live (in Bulgaria), so my only option is to read it online. Yet, I can't find any scans of it. I'd like to see all issues possible, even the first one, but then again, anything helps. Thank you very much in advance!

No one has scanned them because it is illegal to do so, it infringes copyright laws. If Amazon.com won't ship it out to you, maybe you can find someone selling some on eBay or garagesalejapan or something http://community.livejournal.com/garagesalejapan
