okay so 1st of all the problems arent mine they preist is catholic in mexico the issue is with a cousin and a niece I need advice, and ideas on what to do because this has been building for about three years now and I can't let it continue. so the story is cousin Eve (not real names) started helping out a priest that moved to a small town, niece Pam works as e.%e.%wn� aNaIu.Ih office. Eve started getting more and more involved, saIgoes EVERYWHERE with him (they are around the same age so nothing illegal, even though no one knows if anything like THAT is happening) and doesnt come home till 2 or 3 a.m. sometimes and leaves around 6 or 7 a.m. the next day. Eves brothers (who no longer live in mexico) hear rumors and become upset no longer liking the preist Pam lives in the same house as Eve becasue her mom left her in her grandmothers care (grandmother past away so Eve and Pam grew up like sisters) so some incedents are priest takes a brother of EVEs car on a joy ride priest sleeps in brothers (for the moment empty) house priest attempts to strange Pam (later blaming it on her) priest cals Pam a nosygossiper priest tells Eve that she is 30 and therefore shouldnt listen to her father (she lives at home and is eingle) when he tells her that her siblings are not happy with the rumors that they are hearing there are sooooooooo many more things bu aNaIbottom line is Eve has been brainwashed, saIis like a different person, and Pam is afraid to report the preist for fear that Eve wont speak to her anymore, bu aEve cant stand Pam anymore because Pam is trying to help her. today Pam got fired as e.%e.%wn�or no reason Eve got a new job. what should I do!!!?????? the stinking priest is tearing their family apart and Pam has confided in me! And I have been witness to some ven�wful stuff. In one perticularly interesting mass he said that we "americans" (he knows that i am part american) take advantage of mexicans and that WE brainwash them!!! that was not something that should be said in au.Ih!!! that is his PERSONAL OPINION!! so opinions people? he tried to STRANGLE her (sorry not strange)

If you want to remain Catholic, go to another parish.

Stage an intervention? Idk, it's hard thing to watch someone possibly ruin their lives but you can't make decisions like that for other people.

I don't thin Pam should get so upset. If they say nothing is happening, then believe them. Maybe they are real good friends and tired of rumors.

notify the Bishop. Maybe he is not really a priest.

write a letter to the bishop if the bishop does nothing write a letter to the archbishop and in the mean time tell a priest in your area and talk to the bishop in your area

if you don't like what he is doing , write to the bishop, but have facts, not rumours
