Call FTD or Telaflora these are huge companies that have a network in place that may cover that region of the world. They use local florists to do the delivery. Good Luck

Checked with FTD and Teleflora websites and Bulgaria does not seem to be included in their international deliveries. You are lucky I found another website http://www.flowerstobulgaria.com/flowers_delivery_to_bulgaria.php and apparently they have free delivery and the website is in English

Lol, why ship from another country when you can order from a Bulgarian site?
