as long as i understend the question u want to buy a hause near by the sea of Bulgaria? near by the Black Sea? well you can be sure that it will be not cheape, because as Bulgaria is going to be in the EU in 2007 the praises are going higher and higher every year and the only posibility to buy a cheape hause near by the sea is to go and look yourself if you use a agensy they will find you only expensive hauses. I already know alot of english people buying hauses when they come directly to the country and talk with the owner of the hause personal.
