My nephew and nieces have been adopted by my brother... They're brother and sisters. My nephew is interested in finding his half borther in Bulgeria. Last known address (seveal years ago) was that his brother and grandmother lived in Sofia Bulgaria... How does one seach for lost relative's in Bulgaria? thanks

You have to ask from which orphanage is taken this children and than contact with them.In Bulgaria you can hire out detective . No government help . But you can contact with to Ministry of Interior http://www.mvr.bg/. .
